After receiving degrees in Advertising and PR, and Fashion Design in Kingston Ontario, I moved to Toronto to work for Rogers Media.

At Rogers I worked on integrated marketing strategies that included print, radio, events and online contests for a wide variety of clients including L’Oreal, Ford, Unilever, GM and Nestle.

I received the prestigious “President’s Club Award” in each of my five years working as an Account Manager, successfully exceeding my sales targets every year.

After several successful years at Rogers, I moved on to the world of App Development. Shortly after the iPhone was announced in the summer of 2008 I became a full time app-developer. I have had over 5 million app downloads of my apps.

Our apps have been featured in Food and Wine magazine, the New York Times, People Magazine Style Watch, Entertainment Weekly, The Doctors TV Show, and in the book “Incredible Apps for Dummies”. One of our apps, Pocket Cocktails, secured a sponsorship deal with Grey Goose Vodka.

I was excited to be recently featured on the front page of The Telegraph Journal’s business section.
